Track your orders and manage delivery expectations on TorZon Market.
Order Status
After placing an order on TorZon Market, track its progress through your dashboard order panel. Orders move through defined stages: Pending (awaiting vendor confirmation), Accepted (vendor preparing), Shipped (in transit), and Delivered (awaiting your finalization). Each status change is timestamped. The auto-finalize countdown begins when the vendor marks the order as shipped. Check your orders at least every 2-3 days to stay aware of any changes.
Delivery Times
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipments can take 1-4 weeks depending on the route and shipping method. Vendors usually specify estimated delivery windows on their listing page. Factors affecting delivery include customs processing for international orders, postal service delays, and the vendor stealth packaging process. If your order exceeds the vendor estimated timeframe by more than 5 days, message the vendor for a status update.
Problem Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, first message the vendor through the market system to inquire about the status. Many delays are resolved through simple communication. If the vendor does not respond within 48 hours, or if the auto-finalize deadline is approaching, open a dispute immediately. Do not wait until the last day — disputes filed too late may be rejected. Provide all relevant details including order date, expected delivery window, and communication history.
